The Indira Gandhi Cultural Centre, High Commission of India, Dhaka, announces the commencement of the 2nd Session of Yoga and Hindustani Classical Vocal Music Training under Dr. Raghavendra Prasad Sharma and Mr. Arnab Kumar Chattopadhay respectively from July 1, 2010.
2. The duration of the 2nd Session of the training will be from July 1, 2010 to September 30, 2010.
3. The Yoga and Hindustani Classical Vocal Music Training will be held at the following premises of the Indira Gandhi Cultural Centre:
(i) House No. 24, Road No. 2,
Dhanmondi, Dhaka
(ii) House No. 35, Road No. 24,
Gulshan 1, Dhaka.
4. The schedule of Yoga and Hindustani Classical Vocal Music will be as follows:
At the Dhanmondi Premise
1. Yoga Classes
Morning Session: Saturday to Thursday (3 classes) – 6:30 AM to 7:30 AM, 8:00 AM to 9:00 AM and 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM
Evening Session: Monday, Wednesday and Saturday (3 classes) – 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM, 6:15 PM to 7:15 PM and 7:30 PM to 8:30 PM
2. Hindustani Classical Music Classes
Morning Session: Monday to Saturday (except Friday) (3 classes) – 7:00 AM to 8:00 AM, 8:15 AM to 9:15 AM and 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM
Evening Session: Sunday, Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday (3 classes)-- 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM, 6:15 PM to 7:15 PM and 7:30 PM to 8:30 PM
At the Gulshan Premise
1. Yoga Classes
Evening Session: Sunday, Tuesday and Thursday (2 classes) – 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM and 6:15 PM to 7:15 PM
2. Hindustani Classical Music Classes
Evening Session: Monday and Wednesday (2 classes)—5:00 PM to 6:00 PM and 6:15 PM to 7:15 PM
5. Of the three batches of Yoga and Music training in the morning session at Dhanmondi, two are for Beginners level (the 1st and the 3rd batches) and one for Intermediate level (2nd batch). There will be two batches for Intermediate level (4th and 6th batches) and one for Beginners level (5th batch) in the evening session. At the Gulshan premises, of the two batches in the evening session, one will be for Beginners level (1st batch) and the other for Intermediate level (2nd batch).
6. Registration of students will commence from July 1, 2010. Registration for each batch would be limited to 25 students per batch on first-come-first-serve basis. Current students of the Centre will have to apply for fresh registration. For Registration, please contact:

7. Registration Fees will be Taka 500 person student for the duration of the 2nd Session of classes.
