The library is now located at Road No-96,House No-25,Gulshan-2.The Indian Cultural Centre Library is one of the most popular libraries in Dhaka . It has about 17,000 books in Hindi, English and Bangla. There are books on science & technology, autobiographies, art & culture, history, religion, foreign relations, etc.. There is a separate section on books on the Liberation War of Bangladesh .

There is a large reference section which has collected speeches of Indian leaders, clippings from old newspapers, etc. Besides one can find a large variety of Indian Magazines and periodicals at the Library. The Library is very popular with students, academicians, researchers, etc. The library is spacious, well lighted and fully air-conditioned. Being on the third and fourth floor, the Library is very quiet thereby creating an atmosphere conducive to reading and research. The library remains open from 1000 hrs to 1800 hrs.on all week-days except Wednesday.
