The Indian Cultural Centre has one of the most modern and well equipped galleries in Dhaka. It can be used for large exhibitions as well as for small topical displays. It has special lighting facilities for holding exhibitions in mixed media like sculpture, pottery, object d'art, paper mashie, etc.

Some of the important exhibitions, which have been organised in the art gallery in the recent past, are:

December 15-26, 2004 : Photographic Exhibition titled 'Rare Photographs of the 1971 Liberation War of Bangladesh'
September 22-29, 2005: Photographic Exhibition on "The Life of Mahatma Gandhi"
December 16-24, 2006 : Photo Exhibition on Liberation war of Bangladesh

The gallery is becoming increasingly popular among young and upcoming artists. Quite a number of exhibitions have been organised by such artists since its rennovation.
