The Indira Gandhi Cultural Centre is organising Painting classes under expert guidance of Mrs. Hira Rani Biswas at Dhanmondi and Mrs. Kamruzzoha at Gulshan as per the following schedule:

Painting Classes at Indira Gandhi Cultural Centre

The current session of training in Painting will conclude on November 30, 2012 and the next session will commence from December 1, 2012 for a period of 3 months. Registrations for the next session will commence in the first week of December 2012 following announcement of commencement of the classes through a Press Release on the Website of the High Commission of India, Dhaka.

Students interested in training in Painting may register themselves by filling up the Registration Form available at the Indira Gandhi Cultural Centre in Dhanmondi and Gulshan during working hours of the week along with a deposit of Taka 1000 as Course Fee for the Session and two Passport size photographs. Registration will be undertaken on the spot and on first-come-first served basis.

Besides the aforesaid training schedules in Indian art and culture, leading exponents and teachers in various Indian music and dance forms including Manipuri, Mohiniyattam, Bharatnatyam etc visit Bangladesh from time to time for conducting short duration trainings of 4 to 6 weeks at the Indira Gandhi Cultural Centre in Dhaka.
